Return And Refund Policy
Refund or claim
Customers have the right to return products within 100 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or claim, your product(s) must meet the following requirements:
All products need to be returned to us to receive a refund.
The returned product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to modify the specifications and designs of our products as needed after delivery.
If the product has fitting issues, or is damaged/complicated during transit, it will be eligible for free revision to the product specifications. If a customer wishes to receive a refund instead, we require the mats to be returned to us.
If defects are found in the sold product that are related to contractual obligations, we have the right, at our own discretion, to either (i) make a replacement or (ii) remedy these defects by making adjustments, repairs, or complete or partial replacements. In such cases, the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the purchase.
Therefore, we are also entitled to make a replacement or remedy even after the agreed delivery time, regardless of whether such replacement or remedy may incur costs and/or inconvenience for the buyer.
However, if we have not made a replacement or remedy within 45 days after the complaint is raised, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the purchase. Carviti requires the original mats to be returned to us to process the refund.
NOTE: Customers who seek to return their customized products will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price to cover material and workmanship costs, regardless of the reason for the return or claim.
Shipping Returns
Please note that due to high shipping costs, we do not offer free returns for all orders. We also do not provide return shipping labels. Therefore, customers will be responsible for paying the postage, duties, taxes and packaging costs for returning their products.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be unused and in its original condition, your return request will be approved. Then, we will process your refund within 14 days, and the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@carshadepro.com. We will provide you with a return address and a return code, which should be included in your shipment. We strongly recommend that you use a secure and trackable shipping service, as Carviti is not responsible for products lost in transit.
International Custom Duties
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, which are levied when the shipment arrives in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and will not accept any return or refund requests arising therefrom. These additional costs shall be borne by you. Failure to settle the import duties may result in the delivery time of the goods exceeding the original schedule.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any delays caused by customs in the process of returning the goods to us via the return shipping service you have chosen. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact the local customs authorities for more information about import taxes.
Car details and shipping address errors:
Please note that customers are solely responsible for entering correct vehicle information and shipping address when placing an order.
If a customized order has production or shipping issues due to incorrect information, we shall not be responsible for bearing the production costs of a new item, nor shall we be responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address.
I want to cancel my order
Every car mat we produce is exclusively custom-made according to the customer’s vehicle specifications. Therefore, we only accept cancellation or modification requests made within 24 hours after placing an order.
Note: A transaction processing fee of 15% per order will be charged for order cancellation. This fee covers all costs related to the payment process and any potential restocking costs. You must contact our customer service team at (info@carshadepro.com) to modify or cancel your pending custom order.
Once a custom order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled if you want to do so due to a change in your personal thoughts. Once the product is manufactured and shipped directly, you will need to wait until you receive the item before negotiating refunds and return arrangements with our service team.
